Delivery Details: This product ships directly from the factory in Illinois. This item ships via ltl and will require a signature. The carrier will call the customer to schedule an appointment before delivery. The customer can also call the carrier directly to schedule a delivery appointment by providing the carrier with the tracking number for the shipment. Delivery is done via a lift-gate (the device on the back of the truck that lowers the shipment to the ground) for a curbside delivery. The carrier will not assist with moving the product onto the property.
Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage and to take pictures. Damage is extremely rare. We package these to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged.
